TURKISHINDUSTRYGUIDE.COM TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

  1. This agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of TURKISHINDUSTRYGUIDE.COM by accessing or using the Site, you hereby accept the terms and conditions of this agreement. Nurzat İnşaat Gıda San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (NURZAT), the owner of the Site, reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this agreement.
  2. In order to use the free services, provided by TURKISHINDUSTRYGUIDE.COM, you shall be a STANDART MEMBER. There is a Terms Of Use Agreement in member registration form.
  3. The Service for the Standart Members will be offered free-of-charge for an unspecified time period. NURZAT reserves the right to charge for the Service at any time in its sole discretion.
  4. The Service allows the members to display their company profile, services and products offered, contact information, offers to buy products, cooperation-consultation-representation offers.
  5. NURZAT reserves the right to change, upgrade, modify, limit or suspend the Service or any of its related functionalities or applications at any time temporarily or permanently without prior notice. NURZAT further reserves the right to introduce new features, functionalities or applications to the Service or to future versions of the Service. All new features, functionalities,
  6. applications, modifications, upgrades and alterations shall be governed by this Agreement, unless otherwise stated by NURZAT.
  7. NURZAT shall use the information provided by the members, reserved rights and authority, in terms of Privacy Policy. Privacy Policy is posted on the homepage of TURKISHINDUSTRYGUIDE.COM
  8. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Each Member hereby represents, warrants and agrees to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about itself and its business references as may be required by TURKISHINDUSTRYGUIDE.COM, maintain and promptly amend all information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
    2. Each Member hereby grants an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide and royalty-free license to NURZAT to display and use all information provided by such Member in accordance with the purposes set forth in this Agreement and to exercise the copyright, publicity, and database rights you have in such material or information.

      The use by such Member of the Service and the Site shall not;
    3. Contain information that is defamatory, libelous, unlawfully threatening
    4. Contain any material that constitutes unauthorized advertising or harassment
    5. Invades anyone's privacy or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law or regulation
    6. Be part of a scheme to defraud other Members or other users of the Site or for any other unlawful purpose
    7. Violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation
    8. Contain information that is obscene or contain or infer any pornography or sex-related merchandising or any other content or otherwise promotes sexually explicit materials or is otherwise harmful to minors
    9. Involve attempts to copy, reproduce, exploit or expropriate NURZAT's various proprietary directories, databases and listings
    10. Involve any computer viruses or other destructive devices and codes
    11. Link directly or indirectly to or include descriptions of goods or services that are prohibited under this Agreement or the TURKISHINDUSTRYGUIDE.COM Terms of Use
  9. NURZAT'S RIGHTS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY
    1. TURKISHINDUSTRYGUIDE.COM may suspend or terminate a Registered User's Account or Email Account at any time provided there is any breach of the provisions of this Agreement by the Registered User; or turkishindustryguide.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information provided by a Registered User is untrue, inaccurate or is not current or complete.
    2. NURZAT makes no warranties about the correctness or completeness of the information or it is not responsible for any damages that may arise a result of transaction.
    3. NURZAT provides an on-line platform for buyers and suppliers to administer their cooperation-consultation and representation actions. NURZAT has no responsibilities for the transaction between the buyer and the supplier through TURKISHINDUSTRYGUIDE.COM
      As a result, NURZAT does not control and is not liable to or responsible for the quality, safety, lawfulness or availability of the products or services offered for sale on the Site.
    4. Members are hereby made aware that there may be risks of dealing with people acting under false pretences. NURZAT uses several techniques to verify the accuracy of the information our users provide us. However, it does not mean verification of information.
    5. Members are solely responsible for all of the terms and conditions of the transactions conducted on, through or as a result of use of the Site.
    6. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Site is done at each Member's sole discretion and risk and each Member is solely responsible for any damage to its computer system.
    7. Under no circumstances shall NURZAT be held liable for an delay or failure or disruption of the content or services delivered through the Site.
  10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
    NURZAT is the sole owner or lawful licensee of all the rights to the Site and the TURKISHINDUSTRYGUIDE.COM content
    ( including but not limited to design, text, html codes and other codes)


    11. The unauthorized copying, modification, use or publication of these marks is strictly prohibited.
